This is absolutely scrappy. You consign goods worth a few thousand to put in someone's shop after one week they can't even sell a single item. Absolutely scrappy. When you expect them to up their efforts, they spend their time on other things instead - this is a prelude to a massive fallout man.
Rather than get worked up, I will be going to Taiwan next week and hope to be able to source for new stuff and new supplies. I am not going to touch any fashion goods but if they represent a good opportunity with a good profit, I may touch it. This time I will be looking at Japanese toys and games.
I have also begun my job hunt starting at Singapore Pools. Probably will be looking at other interesting jobs as well, so if you have any to recommend, please bring it up!

IT'S THE 9.7 MILLION TOTO DRAW~~!!
Team F1 and co are here in Singapore! Apart from attracting many tourists here by virtue of blocking roads and making huge engine noise, the great fun part is the draw held by Singapore Pools, to drum up interest in the race, I presume.

I admit it: the reason I'm still up now is to see if I want to place any bets on the Champions League later. LOL. The thing is Singaporepools has already closed and I don't have those live betting account with them so I gotta look to the other side... hmm, but the other side I will need to go through someone so I'm quite paiseh also.. haha. Nonetheless, I just post here what I think will be the result of the 3 bets I have decided:
Juventus vs Bordeaux (2-2)
Marseille vs AC Milan (1-1)
Zurich vs Real Madrid (0-4)
These days life has been fast and furious with the many releases of new games and hardware making my days dizzy thinking how many to order for each title. I wish that there wasn't piracy in life, but this is SINGAPORE. We should rank #2 or #3 in the world when it comes to "piracy density" I guess. The culprits... yeah, are people like us, who are internet savvy. Lol. Seriously, I don't know what it takes to purge our country of piracy (or at least to perhaps 1 in every 10 IP sold).
It's like reading Naruto book #47 and Pain asks if Naruto knows how to bring peace to the world. He doesn't know either too, but I guess he will find out soon in the story. I find this #47 pretty memorable as Hinata makes a great leap in her story development - she confesses to liking Naruto right on the battlefield! My eyes tend to swell when I turn over that page. Luckily she's alive and we probably get to see her and Naruto getting together in the future (sorry I'm not for the Naruto-Sakura vote).
Jumping to another topic: My current exercise buddy is "push-ups" and "crunches". It feels pretty boring to do them actually, so I try to incorporate a little bit of yoga (stretches). I have not gone to the swimming pools for weeks, because of the huge showers last week and the week before. Plus I heard that there's a diarrhoea thing spreading fast on our little island.
AND BLOODY HELL, THERE WAS A SERIOUS HAZE TODAY. I even coughed on the train for a while, due to the really lousy air.
I guess I should be happy that I live in Singapore where generally the air isn't as bad elsewhere. BUT I was quite upset today because I had to rush to many places and the hot weather doesn't help.
COUNT DOWN 20 DAYS to Taiwan!!!! (I actually don't really like Taiwanese air either, but at least it's cooler).

I got my old trustworthy ASUS laptop working again and am typing on it at home in my room! Can you believe that I bought this thing nearly 4years ago, Sep 2005 and it's still working great! (except that the LCD screen has been dismantled by me and it needs to lie on something for the screen to stand, and except that the battery is no longer working, the laptop has to be powered by electricity sources so you can call it a desktop rather).
Hail to the "cui-ed" laptop!
Anyway with this laptop I could go and scroll a great deal of blogs. Apart from those which I can't read, ("secretive" charles and the !super cold! ice queen) it's pretty ALARMING to read that so many of my friends are getting married or are already married! WOW! This is really interesting since I am really not prepared for the "uncle" stage of life, lol. I mean, if my friends have children, and of course they will be calling me "uncle" rather than "kor kor" when I'm about the same age as their father, hahaha.
It's good to hear that everyone is happy with their lives and doubly happy with their married lives~
For me though, it has been a disastrous month with only a few new disappointing releases and nothing perking the gaming community to open their wallets. And add that to my burgeoning expenses. At this rate, I can't even get to step into the jewellery shop to buy the proposal ring, let alone get married, lol!
But wait, I don't have anyone to be proposing to, haven't I?
That's where it starts - I need to get attached first. However at this juncture, I boldly declare that I AM NOT INTERESTED IN GETTING MARRIED AT ALL.
So you may feel sceptical, perhaps I am just covering up my inability to get attached (lol) or perhaps you will agree with me that I am so so so so so not qualified at all. For example, I am so uber snobbish and utterly useless - I want a girl to date me, and I can't get one. That pretty much sums up the situation.
So, I hope you guys don't be like me, get married and have more fun living!
PS: When I get less delirious I probably will write something more coherent and realistic... just feel like mocking myself to sleep, that's all.
