Monday blues caught the most of the people in camp today. Was screamed at by at least 4 superiors just in the morning alone! However the great thing was that Kenny was back in office, so life was much brightened up with him around. Apparently taking out his wisdom teeth didn't dampen his mood much over the weekend, judging from his endless jokes... the funniest thing was that Sirong and he ganged up to test this new guy Andrew to his limit, see how much he can "tua kang" (talk big) and indeed judging from his words, some claims seemed ridiculous, yet in my mind I felt compelled to believe him...
Nonetheless, the day ended well and fair, with Zhonghao and I trying to distribute the leftover puddings...there were like 30+ left I suppose...in the end they ended up in Chief's office's fridge...wonder how much time they will stay there....
Over the weekend I had plenty of fun... saturday was mahjong with Jiaxing, Leslie and Justin. The only miss i had for the day was being unable to find a replacement player for Leslie who had to depart mid way...in the end we played 3 sided mahjong and nearly bankrupted Justin...down to the last game when he won with Jiaxing's discard...have it been the other card Jiaxing threw, I would have won and bankrupted him....haha. Actually I had already bankrupted him mid-game but of course he had the last laugh...haha. Even playing non-gambling mahjong is really fun cos the interaction is great..the taunting, the mind games and the silly mistakes....woah. Alvin said that we could jio him next time for such games....so another player added to the Mahjong Association....haha.
Sunday was street soccer with the 7seas brothers. The start was really bad for me as I didn't felt the urgency when playing with my brothers..and in the end i made plenty of stupid mistakes..sigh. The 2 cute guys whom we saw last fortnight was around again and so we played together. After an hour or so, more and more people arrived and we had mini matches....i scored 3 goals for the day and one goal I particularly savoured was the one when i pushed the ball forward to the left side of the goal (to dribble past the opponent), near to the edge of the wall, I just slammed it with the outside of my right foot and it went in to the right side of the goal....woah... And to think my shoes were of the wrong size and the soles were falling out (my dad's shoes which I am wearing because he was wearing the shoes which i usually wear to play in camp) Anyway all of my shoes are oversized, apart from the pair of soccer boots i own but rarely wear..so i guess i did pretty fine..
After the game it was plenty of walking. JK was looking for a UOB ATM, but I couldn't remember where it was. In the end we took one big round, only to find it at the NTUC...guys sorriee for making u walk so much! oopssss.. we had lunch and played WE7 together....My rusty hands failed me when I played against JK, losing a golden goal penalty in extra time..haha.
At night there was plenty of soccer action. To my surprise, Leeds lost, and Arsenal drew..so this year's champion is Arsenal (undisputedly)! Arsenal simply play too well...even betta than the current Real Madrid I should say. I think Arsenal and Man U were lucky to have beaten them....
I tunnelled a link from a friend's friend's blog to this friend's friend's friend's blog. Saved it up in my People Blog folder. What attracted me to the blog was that this girl wrote she sang well and was in a music company's training program....i really hope to see her progress and perhaps maybe one day hear her sing.... She says people think she sings like Ella, Elva, Stefanie.....woah. Muz be a very wonderful singer..... hehz. if u recall in an earlier blog which i put down my criteria for a wonderful gf, one of the criteria was that she should be able to sing......haha.....NOOOOOOO don't get mistaken if i am gonna do anything. Just wanna see if a new star can be born soon..
Made new arrangements to my leave schedule. Next week I gonna handover my work, and then get my leave schedule approved....
I look forward to a great month of May ahead......(though the first week looks pretty filled up with 'sai gangs'!!

It's 4am in the morning. Actually I woke up an hr ago, and couldn't sleep any longer. Why? I had a bad nightmare. You know there are like some nightmares that you will just "bah" and it goes but there are others that just stunned you. How evil can my mind get? It's something I cannot comprehend. But here's how bad the nightmare goes (i can't really remember the buildup):
Some scene at night outside a shopping centre or a nightspot. A shuttle bus. I alighted from the bus and was walking to the shopping centre. Realised someone was trying to hug/seduce me while walking with me, turned around and saw someone. Din recognise him until I heard him talking...and realised it was ZB from my secondary class...(kaoz. lewd ideas again?) *skip scene cos really can't remember the buildup* Was watching tv and it was showing something explicit. A woman on the tv. I couldn't see clearly the tv, but the sounds were like she was being raped or something...EXPLICIT. And it sounded bloody loud, so I turned the volume down. My tv in the living room i guess, as I remember I had to press on the tv (i had no remote for my tv in the living room for quite some time 1.5 yrs ago) but the volume never went down, to my horror (saw on tv it was vol 48 and even as I pressed the volume it went up to 50..., and btw, my tv is pretty loud at 13) Then I tried to turn it off because I hated the sound....it was very disgusting. But I couldn't. Suddenly it turned to a scene of a baby crying. Someone asked what to do with the baby.....and the worst thing happened. Saw 3 BIG words on white background. Guess what? It was 'Zhu Lai Chi', in english it means 'cook to eat'. !I am now shivering again at the reenactment!! Help~!..... and again i emded forcing myself out of the nightmare, and I tried to scream, only to hear myself let out a ghastly cry....SCARYYYYYYYYYY!! The worst thing is there was no one in the room anymore. This is the moment where I truly miss my brother!!
Was I possessed by a spirit? This was one of my thoughts when I tried to explain to myself why I had the dream. I have not watched any horror show lately. In the end I put the idea down to 3 causes.
One : The ticking clock beside my bed. I believe I couldn't go to sleep quickly because of the clock. I went to sleep at 12.30 and I was very tired because of all the work in the office and at the bbq.
Two : The food I ate. I ate a lot of stuff which I wouldn't eat normally. BBQ chicken, otah, molten marshmallows....maybe too much. But this wasn't as full as I had during the vegetarian buffet I had on the 10th. Had I sinned?
Three : The past 2 nights where I stayed up to watch the champions league games. It must have fuelled the tv scene....and perhaps reading of Lianhe Wanbao last mth and the mth before. My chinese teacher in sec sch had warned us off this paper because it had lotsa worthless sensational news such as rapes, suicides, horrible stuff. It must have fuelled the last scene...
After I woke up, I thought I would visit the toilet (a childtime belief that going to the toilet after a nightmare is good because your body is trying to scare you to wake up to go to the toilet). The trip was daunting as I had to climb down the stairs of my double decker bed. The 5 steps to the kitchen was filled of darkness. My heart was thumping. After visiting the toilet I decided not to sleep in my room. It was empty and cold.
- One idea I told my friends I never believed a bedroom should be big because if you are alone, the spaciousness reflects very much as emptiness. (Another case of 'seeing the cup half empty" - pessimism). -
So I could only sleep in the living room. Yet under the lights from the altar, and the TICKING of the clock AGAIN, I just felt I should get up. I pondered if I should watch tv, maybe there will be some soccer matches up. But NO! I developed a short term tv-phobia (I never like the tv anyway). In the end I decided to shut the aircon off and get online. (And I hate aircon too)
I have a feeling as I write these down, the reader will be infected with the idea and another nightmare will just recur for the reader. Yet I am the first reader of the blog....argh....
Is my feeling wrong, or is the method I use to dissipate my thoughts on the nightmare wrong?
I guess I ate and thought too much.
Save My Soul~

PS: I guess I really need a really close friend to call for help in the middle of the night. I have noone in mind whom I dare to call.

wOAH. this morning my brother departed for tekong and have yet to hear from him since. it's kinda weird being alone at home without anyone to irritate you, but of course, i do deserve this piece of peace, so i betta enjoy it as much as i do...
this morning soccer game we had so many people playing. it was indeed much fun than last week...the only problem was that i didn't play as well as expected, missing 2 free kicks! curse it. i betta go practise chipping balls... and to think that charles could score and i didn't, it was more infuriating...anyway now i have a patch of abrasion on my thigh and knee cos i slid twice in the game, once against teo trying to get the ball back when he was defending his goal, and the second trying to stop charles from scoring again...haha. my fault for not accelerating fast enough, maybe i'm getting fatter that's why?!
plenty of work in the office, but i feel like 90% of the work finally goes to francis. he's a very proactive and positive chap. i am sure he will do betta than me as time goes by. i am starting to feel the aura of ORD...but still the sacred date is so far from my reach..
was thinking if i should go langkawi for a break in jun as silkair is now offering $30 air ticket to the island...(plus $30 airport tax) but i guess not. firstly i am not sure if i can get anyone to go with me, and secondly, i am also not very sure if i can afford to go!
currently i have problems hearing the voice from my handphone. i guess i did something to it and now it isnt as loud as usual, so nowadays i tend to use the loudspeaker function. it's much more fun than to stick the handset to the ear! haha.
next week will be my driving test....i am not sure what to do now but i hope this time i can make it. even mdm sonia is concerned abt my inability...haha. wat to do? i guess this time i betta read up my notes and make sure i dun make any of those stupid mistakes...
tomorrow my office will work 3/4 of the day, and then we will have a bbq at nite. we are all given lwe for saturday, so i neednt go for the run. i trying to get ppl for the mahjong game, but apparently my fourth player winston is not responding. i am not sure if i should get dominic lest i be freaked out by his constant blabbering abt WORK and issues in camps (oh god) but it seems i dun have much choice left. gotta confirm tomorrow...lemme think thru it...

Hey
How dya like the new look here. A few colour changes here and there, that's all. Not really sure if I wanted to add the comments section, but probably maybe later.
Was busy the whole week...enjoyed the football games as I ran till I ragged...veri tiring. I wonder it's becos of the hot sun or just simply I run more these days. Anyway, all the days which I played soccer (today and thursday) after I reached home and ate something, I fell asleep!! Oh man! I was too tired. I dun really like sleeping immediately after eating because I think it makes me grow fat quicker....sighhhhhhhhhhh
Had a little showdown with my understudy on thu nite. both of us stayed back till 7pm. He was veri unhappy with my attitude towards him....here's what he wrote in the smses:
' Just some personal feelings while I want to let out. You can be a sweety at times but sometimes you're just darn rude, makes me feel like F***. I think I should praise myself or the good control. I mean, what's your purpose here? It's to train me up to carry on your role. So you be glad to answer my queries right? Is it because you are leaving soon? If that's te case , it's very wrong to be that way. Maybe I'm god damn slow in the head. If I had a choice I wouldn't wat to trouble you but I want things done right. You're the best person to ask...not much of a choice. You have your great points. You are a great worker and planner. But when it comes to teaching I find it hard to comprehend. And you people skills needs improvement too. Sometimes you are too insensitive in the things you say. Pls try to understand what I'm saying. It's for self-improvement'
So I guess I must be a very bad teacher huh....
So at night when I met Wenhui online, I sought advice from him. His ideas were great! The next day things were fine and we took another day of beating with the avalanche of work, but still we ended up fine. I did a late rally after meeting up with my superior over the final touches and then during my duty time I managed to finished up the whole thing and emailed it to her. Phew....all thanks to my understudy, to my Ops Spec for letting his working space to me..wahaha.
Been scoring blanks on the betting scene. Kinda started since last Sunday. Luckily I din bet much so probably it's just some little losses.. maybe today will be a better day.
And yesterday during the breather, SK saw the UOB Visa Mini Debit card ad on the newspaper and told us about it. Woah! It's so cool, man. I think if I have enough to open an UOB account I would go for it! Esp the Visa thingy, I could use it in our EOY trip in case some emergency happens! Hehz...let's hope i can get it soon...! Hey SK, when you go and apply muz jio hor....
Another 4 days to my brother's departure to Tekong!! Hahaha. Then I can have the room to myself, plus the computer!! And no need to suffer from midnight sleepnesses due to lights, and no need to suffer all the mess my bro accumulates over my absence from home!
hahahahaah

Another weekend flew by! But it was a great weekend! Let's recap what I had done before I put up the last issue of the Newsbites here. All thanks to everyone for their support for the KTV Challenges and I hope I have helped all of you discover the fun in singing!
Friday 09 Apr 04, Good Friday
====================
The day started with plenty of cleaning. My parents were out to Desaru with my relatives so I became the owner of the home. Of course I could have never be comfortable with the whole mess at home so I set about washing, sweeping and mopping. My brother who was at home for the past half year was still unrepentant and refused to help out. I do hope in NS he will kena clean universe. Aniway after cleaning (which was after breakfast) I took a nice bath and got ready to go Junhao's place for the 1st Discussion for the 7Seas EOY Malaysia Backpack Trip. Well, I got there 1 hr earlier (since I lived the nearest) so I spent the hour talking to Junhao. Finally he showed me his keyboard and his playing skills! But he needs more training and practice of course....haha. Then he showed me his Fish Leong KTV DVD. Woah...so many nice songs to sing, but too bad I wasn't really in the mood to sing. The guys soon came, in this sequence, Jinki, Junkai, Kevin and finally Alex. However they didn't wanted to start the discussion because they preferred talking about their NS lives (which I felt super irritated) and then started to play games instead.. Ok. The game they played was Naruto (finally a chance to see what was it about, actually it was an interesting Ninja fighting game, a la comic style and dragonball feelalike). I felt bored and fell to sleep. Soon I was awoken with their shouts and laughter. I felt compelled to start talking about the trip preparations so at the very first opportunity I asked Junhao for a piece of paper and a pen. Luckily it worked and finally we sat down to talk. In the end there were some digression here and there but 1.5 hrs was enough to finish the general details. Feeling satisfied, I proceeded to ask the guys where did they want to have dinner, and if they wanted to watch the match - Arsenal Vs Liverpool. So in the end we had dinner together and watched the game together too. After the match they all went back home while I felt bored as Liverpool lost 2-4 to Arsenal after leading 2-1 at half time. What a comeback by Arsenal...! In the end Henry scored 3 goals and most of the guys scored heavily in the Fantasy League....haha.
Saturday 10 Apr 04, 10th KTV Challenge @ Kbox Cineleisure
==========================================
The day started hectically as I rushed to the hospital for my quarterly appointment. My ultrasound scan revealed no problems for my liver, but my blood test had some abnormal results so I was put back onto the pill, INDEFINITELY...oh man, wonder how can I afford it? Each pill costs $6.23! Everyday need to take one pill so roughly one month it costs $180+. For the time being, SAF is paying so not many problems. I hope this stupid thing recovers in the next 3 months so that I won't have to pay for the medicine..
After the appointment I had to rush home to get to the KTV. Another hectic rush as there was some hiccups here and there but in the end with SK's help we were able to get things done and soon they started pretty well. I met Jason midway in the lift surprisingly so we got to the ktv arena together. More up on the ktv and the dinner in the next blog featuring the last edition of the Newsbites.
Sunday 11 Apr 04 Easter Sunday
=======================
The day started with my bro offerin to get breakfast. That was a surprise, but in the end it was more like a brunch as the time was about 11+am. Was still reeling from the super filling dinner the night before so I asked him to get chee cheong fun instead plus my favourite soya bean milk. Since it was brunch I got him to get me another soya beancurd too, for dessert. Haha. I spent the 2 hours eating and reading the Sunday Newpaper. The issue in which a Chinese student on our government scholarship remarking our youth are stupid and lazy was pretty hot. I reckoned he was angry at his project mates. I felt like him when I was doing project work in my JC. While I would not shy away from chatting with my classmates, those that whom I knew were never interested in doing work gave me a very bad impression. Anyway in the end my project I did the chunk of it while arrowing them to do the smaller parts. Haha. And in the end the stupid teacher said a website wasn't a great way to present the idea to the judges, I was like, in my heart 'hey come on, why are you still stuck in the powerpoint era?! The World Wide Web is the one of the best way to market your idea leh!!' Anyway in the end we didn't really score well but nevertheless, project work never played any part in our scores at all. And I was really surprised that my idea was actually thought of by someone else long ago and it came in the form of the EZ-Link cards we hold now. Hahaha. If I had the knowledge on building such cards, maybe I would have been the guy supplying all the EZ-Link cards now? Haha. What a far fetched dream...
Sorry for digressing! Anyway I spent the afternoon reading soccer news and then after sending the clothes to hang to dry out of the kitchen, my brother and I proceeded to go and play soccer at the street soccer court. His friend was there again, and as usual, out of full admiration of my brother's skills, he was pestering him for his contact. Hahaha. I am not sure if in the end my brother gave it to him but I guess my brother must be pretty famous in school (or maybe infamous). However my brother is really great in soccer so no qualms about it. Anyway the game ended when the sky turned grey and I had to rush back to get the clothes back into shelter. My parents soon returned and we checked out what they brought back...nothing really special to note. When the rain subsided, my father and I went downstairs to buy our bets and dinner. I had only a light serving of Dumpling Noodles and 2 pieces of popiah...haha.
And after watching some 6 episodes of .Dot Hack //Sign, the Newcastle Vs Arsenal match commenced. I already knew I won the SAF bet (at $5.45 odds) so I just needed one more winning ticket to level. And guess what, the match ended goalless so I won anoher one! Haha. The next day I woke up to know that Osasuna (which I labelled 'Giant Killers') beat Real Madrid 3-0. Wahahahaha. I won another 2 bets (Osasuna to win @ $7.20 and Osasuna +1.5 goals @ $1.70). While I only played $5 per ticket, it was enough for me to win back the expenditure on Saturday! Haha.
Monday 12 Apr 04
=============
The whole day sucked. I had no energy to work in office. Got scolded over the phone 3x, but I enjoyed the lunch very much as Sgt Seet, Qinyi and Jianzhang had great stories to tell...haha.
Ok. Sorry for dupin you into readin this long winded blog! Please do look out for the Newsbites perhaps on Wednesday. I must surrender the computer now to my brother.

What a busy week! Much of the days were spent trying to organise what I had to do and what I should tell my understudy to do. It's been pretty hectic but we worked through them to the best of our abilities and now it's time for a deserved break.
Soccer: Woah. An eventful week with Chelsea beating Arsenal and Monaco putting Real Madrid out of the Champions League. As expected, my favourite team finally did their job and scored an AMAZING FOUR GOALS to trash the defending champions out! Wahaha. Unfortunately I dun think my favourite player Diego Tristan played, but nevertheless I liked the team as a whole and it's very difficult to imagine a few years ago this team was actually from the Spanish Div 2 League. Javier Irueta should be credited with the best coach title, together with Celtic's Martin O Neil, and perhaps Birmingham's Steve Bruce. Let's hope they go all the way and beat Chelsea too. I think the final will be Monaco Vs Deportivo again and this time I wonder if it will still be a goal fest again but I believe both are pretty great teams. I really like Ludovic Giuly of Monaco, he ought to be Zidane's standby! Not Cheyrou who is yet to be the player we think he is. Likewise, Deportivo's attack is led by the unfancied Juan Carlos Valeron, but I also think he should captain the Spanish team too, so that Raul can be relieved of such responsibilities then maybe he can score a few more goals.. Oh, today's soccer I only managed an assist in 30mins. I threw the ball in and Yaohong scored on the volley, but because of 2 mistakes I made, we lost 2-1, instead of winning by the same scoreline...haiz.
The planning and organising of the 10th KTV Challenge had proceed on well, with Charles and Guiqiang accompanying me on Tue's recceing and Wenhui on Wed's. In the end, my final decision was LingZhi Veg Restaurant of the Tunglok group. Vegetarian buffet at $22++. Haha....I hope it's good value for the money! Anyway the decision was spurred on by Kenny. Kenny felt the ambience and the food was worth it. Let's hope he's right! Haha.
Tomorrow is the 1st discussion of the Malaysia trip cum the gathering. I am not sure how things will turn out, but let's hope we get the general ideas right first before we proceed to the finer details. I was pretty sad that some of the guys couldnt remember the meeting venue and time, because I felt it was like they didn't care.
Anyway, let's hope tomorrow I will have a good rest and Liverpool will win the Arsenal match!! Hahahahaha...my tip for tomorrow is 3-2 Liverpool win. Henry should play half a match, while Owen and Baros and Diouf should all start. Hahaha.
Good luck!

Another week has just flew past since the last blog. Let's try recollecting the past one week's events.
Monday
======
I can't really remember anything eventful on Monday, nor there was anything else I can remember that's worth writing.
Tuesday
======
Charles made a big joke out of me. Wonder if what he was thinking. But it was just a lewd dream of his, that potrayed me and another camp mate. What was he thinking!
Wednesday
========
The first Wednesday with LIFE games in the afternoon deleted from our routine forever. Anyway we can't get enough feet to play on Wed afternoon, so might as well.
Thursday
=======
Morning soccer was great. Wonder how did I manage to do it, but it was 2 goals and 3 assists! Hee...! Then in the evening I had to go buy my own bedsheet and a present for the Earlynn's birthday celebration on Sat. On Wed night I managed to jio Wenhui and Guiqiang..woah! And so Wenhui and I walked to Guiqiang's side and then we walked together to Northpoint. However John Little didn't sell bedsheets, so I decided to search for the present instead. There wasn't much choice so I decided to go Causeway Point. Unfortunately, I felt bad having to drag them there too, so I said I would go alone. To my pleasant surprise they were all onz for it too. So we made our way by MRT to CWP. Then we had a great time searching for my bedsheet...hee. Both of them had great ideas....really appreciate it as in the end I got one design that I liked very much. Then we went on to look for the present. I thought of getting a Tollyjoy cutlery set (for babies that is!) for Earlynn but I guessed it was still too early so we went on to see other shops like the Jigsaw Puzzle shop. Although the puzzles were all great looking, but they were over my budget. You know 3 birthday parties over 2 weeks isn't very healthy to your pocket...so I proceeded to another shop. We walked past Kiddy Palace so I thought maybe a toy would do well...haha. In the end I picked a Sesame Street cutlery set(bowl, spoon and fork). It was the last one on the shelf! And the Cookie Monster picture on it was so cute.....haha. It was all the ideas on the issue of procreation in Singapore lately that I thought I would once again make some joke on it. Anyway Earlynn's attached, so encouraging her to get married is not too far fetched a joke...haha. After that I asked if the guys wanted to eat a cheesecake, but they all said one cake is too much for the 3 of us. So I thought I would treat them to Starbucks instead for their time. (We walked so much!) However I didn't know CWP's Starbucks (or issit Coffee Bean) had already disappeared, so we had to go to Northpoint again...haha. In the end we were chatting them from 9.45 to 12.00am!!! Wenhui was clearing leave so not so bad, but Guiqiang only told me half way that he was on off on Friday! Kaoz. So that leaves me having to book in the next day. Haha. But since it was great company, so no problem. And they got to witness Singapore Slowest Drinker in action..(one Frappucino in 3 hrs! And this is not the record I hold) haha... We walked home together and dispersed one by one reluctantly.....For the record I didnt manage to treat them as they refused my treat..ahh. Such nice friends I've got.
Friday
====
Second person to book in! So the long chat we had didn't affect me much. But of course I actually felt very tired as the day passed by. So much shit to do. I mean I should be eng eng cheng cheng since my understudy had been around for nearly 4 mths, but of course, my superiors still felt I should be doing the work. Anyway, I had duty that day so I just needed to clear the work V set, with the deadline before 5pm as she was on off on Sat. LL, so I struggled through with some misunderstandings but mananged to finished off her before 4.45pm. Then I siamed to the duty room to commence my duty for the evening. Nothing much happened except my officer talked to me about some adult stuff like renovation, payment, and money stuff....it was a very helpful chat we had. I learnt alot from it. Anyway I didn't sleep well for the night because my pillow sucked...
Saturday
======
I thought I could siam early and then go for LIFE game earlier but to my horror Chief called in and asked for a pin code so that he could top up his car's fuel. The whole of Logistics was on LWE! Sighz. Both officer and I had to dial here and there, and finally I was tasked to get the code from the MTWO's drawer! Simple task I thought. Unfortunately the worst happened. As I was taking the key out from the keypress, Hd Log popped out from his office and asked what I was doing! I stayed calm (given his notoriety for tekaning) and reported Chief needed something from MTWO's drawer. He LL and ignored me. Haha. I proceeded cautiously in case he yelled from within his office, and quickly I got the code and reported back to the officer with ease. I wonder what would Hd Log say on Monday when all his men return from the LWE. What to do. Chief's order aren't to be defied. Anyway there weren't enough feet for the soccer game, it was like 3vs4 because we only had 8 men but one of them was a stagnant goal defender. Soon Sgt Tan joined in the action, but due to the sheer techical superiority of Louis, Justin and me, the other team with the ever powerful Rensheng still had too much to cover. I didn't really felt it was challenging or fun...anyway I still managed to rack up 2 assists in the game.
In the evening the birthday celebration was at Bishan Singing World KTV. (Similar to Party World cos under the same company). Jane my best council partner called me to see if I could bring her to the place because she didn't know where it was exactly. Being the 'human directory' how can I not oblige (and to have a chiobu walk with me alone seems too good an offer to resist? *although i neva really liked to be with Jane much...we are too similar in terms of personalities (egoistic, kinda fake, u noe) but she was just more sociable while I was more diligent) blah.. anyway she wanted to meet me at Khatib as i could have juz hopped onto the train which she was in when she passed by from Yishun, but I had to get a wrapper first for the present so I decided to meet her at Junction 8. The walk to the ktv was short, but the birthday gal hadn't reached the place first so Jane asked if we could go to the supermarket for a walk. Haha. I joked that it was the last time I would be walking with her in the supermarket cos soon she will be alone and busy picking fish like a housewife...wahaha. She had plans to get married later while she clarified her bf would prefer getting married earlier at around 26 yrs old. That's at least 3 yrs later. If going by Jane's idea of getting married at 30. That would be at least 10 yrs later. Well, didn't she worry if her bf would find someone else instead of waiting so long? She was bent on being a careerwoman...well....what to do. Anyway the ktv soon commenced. I knew only Jane and the birthday girl. The rest I knew them but they didnt know me so it was kinda boring as nobody talked to me. Kian Huat, a friend introed by my 7seas bro as one of our sch's best soccer player, was in the group but he was too far to talk to me. Anyway I managed only to sing one song - "Huang Hun" and I had to leave because I already made plans to go back home in time to watch the FA Cup semi final Arsenal Vs Man U. That was great planning as conincidentally Jane wanted to go somewhere near my home. And Kian Huat too! It was actually another party they had to attend at blk 864. haha. so I had people to accompany me back home. We had a great chat, a short walk to NTUC together before we separated. Then i rushed for the betting outlet cos Jiaxing smsed me that he was there. I told him to wait for me there. When I reached there I asked him if he saw my father but he said no. But my father appeared soon in a min's time after he finished writing his bets. Woah. I think Jiaxing didn't really see him because he was more concerned with his bets. Anyway I bought the bets and we proceeded back home to watch the match. Eventually Man U prevailed. Wah lao. Now they can continue boasting they still hold the record of havin the BIG Treble (Liverpool had their Little Treble) so what to do. Anyway Jiaxing lost unfortunately for this match. I lost 2 bets but won the other 2 and made a profit of $11...

The first thing I did when I woke up was to check my handphone. I was damn happy when I read Jinki's message. Woah. He's finally back from Taiwan. I missed him a lot sia.. den there was this message from Earlynn regarding the present. She wanted to find out who gave it to her. Haha. I replied "Does it matter?" So she instantly knew it was me. Anyway I am damn glad that she liked the present and I message her to keep the present until she had a kid to use the cutlery set! hahaha. Hope she didn't mind the joke. Anyway, until now, I had been spending a lot of time at the cemetry and then at the collaborium(is this how u spell it, the place where a lot of those containers containing the ash and remains of your passed away relatives are housed). My bro made a joke of himself by takin my grandpa's yi zhao (the photo on the tombstone) and using it as a wallpaper. Then he said the photo would act as his protection amulet....haha. I dunno what to say liao..
Just read some emails from the guys and Chris, seems like he's living well in Taiwan. Derek is doing well in Australia too, though he's busy mugging.....hmm....but I guess they have their own lives now and we have our own to deal with. Let's hope everyone lives well and we will get to gather again soon with new ideas and new stories to share...
Regards
Jeffire..
PS: Woah, Friday the 7seas are gonna meet up again...hee. Can see Jinki and the chaps liao.
