I've just been able to sit up now without feeling giddy. Some parts of my body ache, and I've been sweating like mad, perhaps due to the high body temperature. (I don't have a thermometer to measure). Probably had bathed 4 times in the course of the last 12 hours, woke up umpteen times to go to the toilet for a pee and a drink. As prescribed, one of the best way to beat the flu bug quickly is to drink lotsa water. So I've been doing so. I went to bed around 9+pm yesterday feeling super cold, therefore I had 2 blankets to cover. However, by 1125pm (which I saw on the air-conditioner remote control), I was feeling extremely uncomfortable, very hot and had various pains in my body, so I went for a bath and had the air-con switched on at 24deg C, which made things much comfortable and I slept without much trouble. Apart from the runny nose, the irritating cough is the next thing I hate most. Siansified...

These few days I had many dreams, therefore I couldn't really sleep well. I had seen my falling sick coming because I had "die-rear" for nearly everyday last week. My brother said I need to eat more fruits like him, which I am very convinced that he is right. My diet has been haphazard and I must had eaten lotsa heaty stuff over the past few weeks....

I am starting to feel very tired again, so hope you guys be forewarned, keep yourselves healthy, drink lotsa water, eat in a balanced manner and do exercise moderately =)
